
STAFF DURBAR HELD AT THE MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY HALL
A staff durbar for staff of the Kwahu West Municipal Assembly has been held at the Assembly Hall at Nkawkaw.
Present at the gathering were all Decentralised Heads of Department and staff of the Assembly.
In his welcome address, the Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr Peter Kwabla Tetteh advised staff of the Assembly to be effective towards work and stressed on the need for Heads of Department to take their appraisals seriously and cited experiences of last year which he said should not be repeated.
He commended the M. C. E for his good works and explained at length the format for writing the performance appraisal and also lauded the Human Resource Officer for putting sample forms of the performance appraisal on the Management and Staff WhatsApp platforms.
The Municipal Corordnating Director urged staff of the Assembly to upgrade themselves by reading and research on vital information to enhance their output.
Members of the National Identification Authority were present to answer questions pertaining to issues relating to the Ghana card.
There was also the introduction of new staff who have been sent to the Municipal Assembly to work during the durbar.
