MCE of Kwahu West Municipal Assembly Commissions Business Advisory Centre in Nkawkaw
The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Kwahu West, Hon. Tamimu Halidu, has officially commissioned the Business Advisory Centre (BAC), now operating under the Ghana Enterprises Agency (GEA), in Nkawkaw.
The project, which forms part of efforts to promote local economic development and entrepreneurship, was formally adopted and fully funded by the Kwahu West Municipal Assembly.
Speaking at the commissioning ceremony, Hon. Tamimu Halidu expressed appreciation to all stakeholders whose support and collaboration contributed to the successful completion of the project.
He noted that the Centre represents an important investment in the economic future of the Municipality and is expected to provide critical support to entrepreneurs and businesses through business advisory services, capacity-building opportunities and other interventions aimed at strengthening local enterprises.
The MCE expressed confidence that the Centre will significantly contribute to business growth, entrepreneurship development, job creation and local economic empowerment within Kwahu West.
He reaffirmed the Assembly’s commitment to creating an enabling environment for businesses to thrive and supporting initiatives that equip residents, particularly young people and aspiring entrepreneurs, with the skills and opportunities needed to build sustainable livelihoods.
The Kwahu West Municipal Assembly extends its appreciation to the Ghana Enterprises Agency and all stakeholders for their partnership and continued commitment to the socio-economic development of the Municipality.
