MCE, Hon. Tamimu Halidu, Embarks on Thank You Tour on Traditional Authorities and Residents of Kwahu West
The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for the Kwahu West Municipal Assembly, Hon. Tamimu Halidu, together with Heads of Departments of the Assembly, embarked on a thank you tour to traditional authorities and residents of the Kwahu West Municipality.

The tour was aimed at expressing appreciation to chiefs, opinion leaders, and residents for their support, cooperation, and confidence in the leadership of the Assembly. It also served as an opportunity to strengthen collaboration between the Municipal Assembly and traditional institutions in promoting peace, unity, and development across the municipality.
Engagement with Traditional Leaders and Communities
During the visits, Hon. Tamimu Halidu conveyed his gratitude to the traditional leaders and residents for their warm reception and continued support. He emphasized the important role traditional authorities play in local governance and development, noting that sustainable development can only be achieved through unity, dialogue, and collective effort.

The Municipal Chief Executive assured the chiefs and community members of his commitment to inclusive governance, transparency, and the effective implementation of development programmes aimed at improving livelihoods throughout the municipality. He further called for continued cooperation and support as the Assembly works to address the developmental needs and priorities of the area.

Heads of Departments who accompanied the MCE used the opportunity to interact with community members, listen to their concerns, and share information on ongoing and planned development initiatives within the municipality.

The thank you tour reaffirmed the Assembly’s resolve to work closely with traditional leaders and residents to foster peace, strengthen unity, and accelerate development in the Kwahu West Municipality.
