The Kwahu West Municipal Assembly has donated 12 streetlights to the Kwahu Abetifi Senior High School (KAWSEC) as part of efforts to improve security and create a safer and more conducive environment for teaching and learning.

The streetlights are expected to enhance visibility across the school campus, particularly during the evening, and contribute to the overall safety and security of students, staff and other members of the school community.

The Assembly commended the Headmaster, Management and Staff of KAWSEC for their dedication and continued efforts to provide students with a safe, supportive and conducive learning environment.

The initiative reflects the Assembly’s commitment to supporting educational institutions within the Municipality and addressing infrastructure and safety needs that contribute to quality education.

The Kwahu West Municipal Assembly remains committed to working closely with schools and other stakeholders to promote the welfare, safety and development of young people across the Municipality.
